Actress Nancy Iheme has weighed in on Instagram regarding the controversy involving Regina Daniels and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.

While she didn’t mention anyone by name, her detailed post seemed to allude to the situation. She cautioned young women against marrying significantly older men without being “strategic and calculative.”

Nancy noted that many older men tend to be “smart and manipulative,” urging women who choose such relationships to act wisely and protect their interests.

“You shouldn’t marry an older man without a clear plan, especially when you’re aware he has multiple wives. It makes no sense to accept crumbs after making that kind of decision,” she wrote.

She further advised women not to view marriage as a “poverty escape route,” warning that some older men use money to control their partners and keep them submissive.

According to her, being with an older man “is not for the weak,” and women should always prioritise their peace of mind. She encouraged those in unhappy marriages to leave, sharing from her own experience:

“If your marriage no longer brings you joy, walk away. Your happiness should come first. I’ve been in that position before — leave and set yourself free,” she concluded.
