Football icon Cristiano Ronaldo has disclosed the priciest item he’s ever bought — a luxurious €50 million private jet. The revelation came during his interview on Piers Morgan Uncensored, where the Al-Nassr captain opened up about wealth, discipline, and life beyond football.
Ronaldo confirmed that his most extravagant purchase is a Bombardier Global Express 6500, a high-performance aircraft known for its speed, range, and luxury. He originally acquired a jet at age 30 but upgraded it last year, making it his most expensive personal investment.
“The most expensive thing I’ve ever bought? An aeroplane, yes,” Ronaldo said. “I can buy whatever I want, but I don’t need it.”
In October 2025, Ronaldo officially became the first footballer to reach billionaire status, with a net worth of $1.4 billion. His current contract with Al-Nassr earns him £178 million per year, including a £24.5 million signing bonus, making it the richest deal in sports history
Ronaldo also spoke about his car collection, estimating he owns 41 or 42 vehicles, including several Bugattis. However, he admitted that cars no longer excite him the way they used to.
“I love Bugattis, they’re different beasts, but I don’t drive much anymore. Cars are no longer a passion.”
