Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has publicly expressed joy over the reconciliation of her parents, Rita Daniels and her estranged father, following years of separation and family strain. The emotional reunion comes amid recent marital challenges within Regina’s own life, adding deeper meaning to the moment.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Regina shared a photo of her parents together, smiling and embracing. She captioned it: “Two concluded sworn enemies reuniting with no negative ulterior motive other than their daughter’s happiness. And I dare question God for putting me in this situation?” she wrote.

The actress, who has faced public scrutiny over her marriage to billionaire politician Ned Nwoko, said the reunion gave her strength and reminded her of the importance of forgiveness and unity.
“Sammy’s detainment is taking way too long but we will get him out even if I have to march there myself and create a storm! Since they want me!” she added.
Regina’s mother, Rita Daniels, is a well-known figure in Nollywood and has been a vocal supporter of her daughter’s career and personal choices. Her father, who had remained largely out of the spotlight, was seen smiling beside Rita in the shared photo — a rare moment that fans described as “beautiful and overdue.”
The reconciliation reportedly took place during a private family gathering in Asaba, Delta State, where Regina and her siblings were present.
